The great adage Bruce Lee once said that water can flow or it can crash, be water my friend.  Clearly for the World’s Greatest Flair Bartender, Po Sheng Hsu, he follows this philosophical mentality in his bartending moves. Check out the video below:

Cotdamn! The finesse in Hsu’s hand, body and eye coordination is incredible. His balance game is impressive. There is without a doubt that Hsu’s  smooth bartending flairs flow and adapt to the technique’s level of difficulty.

Basically, your brain continually adapts to new demands you place on it, so the more you practice highly-coordinated skills like jeet kune do or extreme bartending, the more your brain changes itself to make your moves flow better.

I like how when Hsu goes for a quick costume change to the iconic black and yellow onesie that he jumps with glee (yes, I just used that word). I don’t blame him, shit I would jump like a little child if I got a chance to don that onesie. But what’s good with that drink though?  I wonder if all those killa bartending moves that produce the drink can make you feel like the man himself.
