The Ghangzuo Circle opened this week in southeast China and it’s something to marvel at. It’s basically two skyscrapers with the conjoining top and bottom to form a donut. But if you ask architects, they were influenced by cooler shit like jade necklaces (in those words exactly). Also, the building onto the river creating the number eight which is considered a lucky number and a symbol for prosperity. Very dope.
