Classic anime franchise Lupin III is getting a live action adaptation. Matter fact, they already casted it and are looking to premier it in Summer 2014.

What do you think?

I don’t know about the rest of the cast but seems like the actor set to play the main role put in work.

[Shun] Oguri underwent 10 months of action training for the role, losing 8 kilograms (about 17.6 pounds).

Word… Lupin can be kind of a goofy dude but he do be getting into some intense action. Also, the actress playing Fujiko Mine is hot but she looking a bit too skinny to pull off the voluptuousness that is Fujiko. IMPORTANT STUFF. Anyway, the plot will be an origin story, chronicling how the crew met. Can’t wait.
