I guess with the Nintendo Wii U not making much of an impact, Nintendo is going back to its last real winner: the handheld unit. The Nintendo 2DS is like a slab with two screens and here’s what you need to know:

– It will play DS and 3DS games
– It can take pictures
– Available Oct 12 in the states
– Priced at $129

That sounds like a pretty sweet deal and I would’ve copped this joint had it been foldable. What’s the point of having a handheld system when you can’t stick it in your pocket for on-the-go play. Would you cop?
