I cringe a little whenever I see that people (who aren’t graphic designers) consider themselves typography nerds. It just sound pretentious as hell to me but I think I’m just being a hater. This video is dope though. It breaks down the history of typography in a little over five minutes and you just walk away more aware of where all those familiar fonts in that drop down menu come from. The creation of the video wasn’t as simple.
